Who we're looking for
We hire for craft, ownership, and genuine curiosity about the aesthetics industry. Here are the kinds of people we want on this team.
You care about craft at the level of pixels and clinical workflows. You can hold a brand vision and execute it end-to-end. Figma is a thinking tool for you, not just a delivery format. You've shipped product in B2B SaaS or health tech.
You write TypeScript, care about correctness, and can own a full feature from concept to deployed. Comfortable with Next.js, Supabase, and building for real-world medical constraints. You'd rather ship something good than debate something perfect.
You understand the aesthetics industry — maybe you've worked in or alongside a clinic. You know how to open doors in this space, how to earn trust, and how to make things happen without a playbook. You're comfortable being first.
